Revelation chess board is a complete chess system based upon a completely new design by Phoenix Chess Systems. It is based upon a 500Mhz Xscale processor and produces a chess rating of 2650+ ELO (SSDF) and 2729 ELO (Active) using the world champion program Rybka. You can buy this system for 3.199 Euro including VAT.

The Revelation chess board is a complete chess system including an auto sensory chessboard. 


One of the unique features is that you can select between several onboard engines. At this time Revelation contains 6 distinct engines and 10 engines (versions) in total:

Ruffian 2.1 by Perola Valfridsson. (SSDF ELO ~2450 / Active ELO : 2401)

Deep Sjeng 1.8 by Gian-Carlo Pascutto. (SSDF ELO ~2400 / Active ELO : 2325)

Fruit 2.1 and Fruit CCC ’05 by Fabien Letouzy. (SSDF ELO ~2500 / Active ELO : 2635)

Toga 1.0 and 1.2 by Thomas Gaksch. (SSDF ELO ~2500 / Active ELO : 2671)

Shredder 11 by Stefan Meyer Kahlen. (Active ELO : 2720)

Technical data

Xscale 500 Mhz, 32MB Ram from which 8MB to 16MB is used for hash. Oled green matrix display. Using the Bluetooth wireless serial link you can update the module and use it for running engines on your pc.
